The concept is customized for each individual, allowing you (the client) to navigate it in your own way with the guidance of your coach. There are 12 life tools that we will navigate throughout the 365 day journey. The objective is to integrate these tools into the mind, body, and soul for a lifelong change and to strengthen the mind for long-term success. These tools serve as the foundation for the 12-month mission, vision, and purpose. The client has the flexibility to arrange them as they see fit with the exception of honesty. Love & Honesty will always be our starting point. We will collaborate on how and when to implement these tools and target any desired goals throughout the plan. Each tool will have an activity (work sheet) attached to it, written and or a physical. Effective communication and follow-through are key to achieving success! If the you decide on a 6 month plan, two tools will now become the focus each month. It’s important to remember that this journey is not a sprint but rather a marathon. Focus, consistency, willpower, and a desire to change are the foundations for discovering purpose and passion.

There is no start up cost and the first 30 days are free. You will sign a 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year contract before you start your new life. I wan't you to build your own custom plan so that you feel it's yours. Once the plan is in place then we will customize a monthly fee to your coaching plan.
